No, there is no cost to the hosting organisation. We provide all necessary equipment, staff, and supplies. We ask for your help with promotion and recruiting donors.

Most drives run 4-6 hours, depending on the number of expected donors. We work with you to determine the optimal duration based on your organisation's schedule.

Yes, we're flexible with scheduling and will work to accommodate your preferred dates and times. Weekdays typically work best, but we can also arrange weekend drives if needed.

If your facility has limited space, our Blood Bank Bus might be a good option. The mobile unit can be parked outside your location.
